Bank Holiday Giveaway

It's the bank holiday and everyone is in good spirits. The Easter eggs are now residing in our bellies, the sun is out and our bank balances are suffering from the bank holiday sales. This bank holiday has been rather quiet for me. I am currently suffering with a bad bout of hay fever with all this pollen about and I have decided to lock myself inside in order to prevent my sniffles. Blog Birthday & Giveaway

This post is a little bit premature, but since I'll be far too busy to post this weekend, I thought I'd celebrate early. The 9th of February marks my blogs 3rd birthday. That is 3 years of writing about fashion and beauty, countless hours that have gone into my blog and 1095 days of pure enjoyment. Blogging is the one thing in my life besides my future husband that makes me really happy. It is something that I can spend hours doing and it doesn't feel time consuming. I feel like my blog is my little bit of real life escapism. 

During the last three years I have had many amazing opportunities, all of which would not have happened without hours of writing dedication and passion for my blog. I have managed to go to London Fashion Week, secure internships with highly established companies, been invited to press events and also, I have gained many friends. Blogging has brought me out of my shell and given me a new lease of life - I am now someone I never thought I would be, but in a good way. I'm now confident, happier than ever and highly ambitious and I have finally found the industry I would like to work in.

Brent Bug Earrings Review and Giveaway

When I first discovered the brand Bijoux Bazaar, it felt like love at first sight. I was presented with a wonderful website full of beautifully crafted jewellery and ever since then I've been hooked. I've mentioned Bijoux Bazaar many of times on my blog and I have also bought several items from their latest collection. Ads of The 20th Century: Book Review

After a long hard day at university, I love delving into my fashion book collection and being tucked up in bed skimming through the pages. Whilst shopping in Waterstone's a few days ago, this little book caught my attention and although I'm on a spending ban, my partner told me I had to buy it. 

This wonderful hardback book is by Heinmann Nieda and it collates some of the best fashion advertorials of the 20th century, coupled with famous quotes on the fashion industry. The book documents 365 days of the year and is supposed to be read like a diary. Simply pick the day you're on or even look at your birthday and you will see a fashion ad and a quote to give you daily inspiration.
