Sunday Onesies: One Peice

After working late nights in a bar Saturday evenings, I usually spend all my Sundays sitting in bed wearing my onesie and doing some blogging. Since onesies hit the high street, I've had a serious addiction to buying them. Many people have split opinions about them - a little bit like Marmite, you either love them or hate. I'm a self confessed onesie junkie and they offer me the perfect comfort for those lazy days around the house. Even my postman comments on my onesie collection when I open the door half asleep to collect my parcels. It's just sometimes I don't feel the urge to get dressed up when I'm home alone all day and I've got no-one to impress but myself.

My latest onesie was sent to me by the One Piece company for review and it's incredibly comfy. For those who haven't heard of One Piece, One Piece was created by three Norwegian people who believed in creating the ultimate chill out wear. Since the creation of the brand in 2007, their One Piece jumpsuits have become a huge success, not only in their country, but also the UK and the United States.

The One Piece website has a variety of onesie styles to pick from including their more traditional style onesies and bright pink colours. Even One Direction's Harry Styles has had a go at creating a piece for the brand.

The One Piece onesie I picked was the New Pink Original Onesie*. I'm a girly girl at heart and wanted something bright pink to laze around in whilst doing my makeup and chores. Be careful when ordering online as the sizes do come up on the large side as they are unisex. Another thing about One Piece is that they can be quite pricey, but when you slip into it for the first time you'll agree the quality is worth the money.

Have a Lush Christmas

During the winter time, there's nothing I love more than a candlelit bath and soaking amongst a wonderfully scented Lush bath bomb. The winter period is the time of year where I become almost addicted to Lush as a nice hot bath does wonders for seasonal aching joints and Lush are great for adding fun to bath time as well as adding moisturise in their bath bombs to aid drying skin. Every year Lush brings out a fabulous section of bath bombs and this year is no exception. There's everything from Snowmen to Santas and a wide variety of other Lush Christmas inspired products.

Recently I was sent the Lush Snowman bath bomb to review and I thoroughly enjoyed my Lush Snowman experience. The Snowman has a Christmas red scarf and a nose made out of the Carrot bubble bar from a collection last Easter. To help moisturise your skin at the time you need it the most, the Snowman also contains cocoa butter, which gives a creamy soft feeling to the bath water.

I love watching bath bombs fizzle as I get undressed and the Snowman not only smelled beautiful, it gave an array of red, blue and yellow colouring to my bath water that looked as though I was bathing in the remains of an oil painting. Having tried many Lush bath bombs in the past, I have to say that the Snowman is one of my favourites alongside the much loved 'Big Blue'. The Snowman can be purchased from the Lush site for £2.50.

Have you tried the Snowman yet?
