Vegetarian Curry with Kent's Kitchen

Before I discovered Kent's Kitchen I wasn't a massive fan of curry, but now I am. Throughout most of my life I have found curries either to be far too spicy or  hot and bland. They never really appealed to me and to some extent, they never agreed with me either. I'm a regular subscriber to the DegustaBox and a few months ago the Kent's Kitchen brand popped up in my monthly delivery. My husband and I both wanted a 'date night' in and something easy to cook, so we decided to give it ago. It was from that moment that my entire opinion of currys had changed. The Kent's Kitchen products were full of flavour, not too hot on the taste buds and with three step plan, they were really easy to cook.

The Kent's Kitchen brand began after they spotted a gap in the food market and wanted to create a way for busy professionals or time-poor families to cook and eat delicious authentic food without the stress of shopping lists and following endless recipe books. The Kent's Kitchen meal kits were the first products to be added to the brand and still remain popular today, alongside an array of additional products such as posh noodles - a classier take on the traditional pot noodle, cooking sauces, stuffing mixes, stock pots and pasta pots. Most of the products are suitable for vegetarians and the brand also caters for coeliacs allowing the whole family to enjoy the wonders of Kent's Kitchen.

The Meal Kits come in the following flavours: Firecracker Sweet and Sour, Rendang, Jalfrezi, Madras, Thai Red curry, Tikka Masala, Spicy Korma and Rogan Josh. All the kits are made with authentic ingredients and sold in a convenient three step method jar. Firstly stir fry your ingredients with the oil, add the paste and the cooking sauces and finally add the garnishes and herbs. My vegetarian attempts at the curries took less than 10 minutes to make and tasted better than any takeaway or jar I have ever tried. My favourite curry so far has to be the Thai Red as I'm partial to Thai food and I love the smokey hot flavours and the delightfully creamy coconut milk.

If you're in a hurry and looking for convenience food that is super healthy and yummy, I would really recommend Kent's Kitchen. I have given these to my work colleagues, parents and my husband, all of which think they are the best things since sliced bread.
