Healthy Summer Milkshake Recipe

I love summer milkshakes, but being slightly lactose intolerant can often pose a few issues. The other day I decided to try make my first soya milkshake and it tasted so that good I wanted to share the recipe with you. The milkshake consists of very little ingredients and is great for a summer BBQ, summer parties or even just as a refreshing drink throughout the day.

2 cups of Almond Milk
1/4 cup of fresh strawberries
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon of Honey
Ice to blend

Combine all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
Serve immediately and enjoy

This recipe has been taken from the newly released Healthy Chef cookbook by Teresa Cutter. I made this smoothie because I wanted to make one and this recipe sounded great. This is not sponsored content.

What's your favourite milkshake flavour?
