Bad Apple Nail Polish

So girls and boys, I've just got back from completing my first ever pole dancing lesson. I have to say that I did far better than I ever expected, although I figured out that I really need to develop a lot more upper body strength. Grabbing hold of a pole and spinning your heart out is one of the most fun activities I've tried in a long time and I think there needs to be a lot less stigma surrounding the sport. I wasn't wearing skimpy underwear and learning to strip, we are a bunch of girls learning to improve our core body strength whilst performing what I can only consider to be an art form. If anyone ever has the urge to join a pole dancing club or society, do it. 

Anyway, after my long day and with every inch of my muscles aching, when I came home I needed to unwind. Applying nail polish can be rather therapeutic. There's nothing I love more than after a long day, coming home and trying on all my nail polish colours. I have literally over 80 different nail polishes and can never decide which one to wear. The most recent polish to my collection is the shade 'Barn' by Bad Apple Cosmetics. If you're a fan of pink, this is the shade for you. On first glimpse, my first response was to think of the Disney tale Snow White and hey, everyone wants to feel like a Disney princess once in a while. 

I found the polish really easy to apply and the brush is the perfect size for my liking. Sometimes nail polish companies think that thicker brushes are the best, but I always find that I struggle with precision. The brush on this polish is an adequate size so that you can do your nails in a hurry and not make many mistakes. The polish was fast drying and gave a lovely sheen on completion. The colour is very bold and exactly what I look for when buying nail products. Barn costs around £9 from the Bad Apple Cosmetics website and I'm rather happy with the price, I'm definitely hoping to try out more in the future.
