Today marks my comeback to the blogosphere. It feels like forever ago since I wrote my last post and I hated every second of being away. On Tuesday I underwent an operation called a 'Knee Arthroscopy', which is keyhole surgery to remove an extract of loose cartilage which was preventing me from walking.
The operation took place at a day surgery unit and I was discharged in the evening and I can now, almost walk and ready to be back at university tomorrow.
My week hasn't all been doom and gloom, yesterday and today, I spent most of my time absorbing the beautiful English sunshine with my partner. I dusted off my favourite Jarlo sundress and hit the town for a meal and drinks. It seems like spring has well and truly made an entrance and I'm looking forward to the blazing summer heat and strolling around in bikinis.
Whilst wandering around my local town, we decided to check out the St Patrick's day parade. This annual event always takes place a week before St Patricks and it always brings a massive crowd. My partner is Irish and I'm a quarter Irish, so it was lovely to have a glass of whiskey and join in with the celebrations.
This week I've also received many parcels, including the infamous Harrods GlossyBox. This box really made my week and I can't wait to give you my view on what's inside.
Finally, thanks for all the lovely get well messages and for being incredibly supportive. You are the reason I'm inspired to write and I'm so thankful for everything.

Ooh the glossy box looks super smart this month! I love your dress and I'm glad that the operation went ok! :) xx
