Love Looking Natural.

My nights usually consist of sitting by candlelight, contemplating my latest blog post and attempting to avoid internet shopping...which most of the time, fails miserably. My days are often quite busy, so I love to relax in the evening, write my thoughts down on here and live a few minutes of my life in recluse. As another day has passed, it is time to strip my makeup bare and see the real me.

This is me when I have no makeup on and yet I'm pretty happy. I have no problems with my natural face and admittedly, I often set out of the house without makeup on. Like most girls, I have days where I have a penchant for anything barbie-like and wish that my body was sculptured a slightly different way, but hey, this is what I was given and this is what I should grow to love.  Many girls are horrified about the sight of their own natural beauty, they don't realise how pretty they are. Makeup can only mask how you feel for a short time, you need to accept yourself and love who you are as a person.

I absolutely adore the Clarins - Skin Illusion foundation as it helps hide those tiny insecurities, but still leaves my face looking natural. The foundation feels weightless and unlike many foundations I have tried, it has yet to irritate my sensitive skin.  The Skin Illusion swears by the fact that is non-comedogenic, meaning it will not aggravate acne with the mineral and plant extracts, you know that you're face is getting treated to naturally enriching products.

Here I am wearing my the foundation. As you can see, the coverage is lovely,  my red spots seem to have been reduced and it doesn't look 'caked on'. The product is £25, but you only need a small amount and if you use a foundation brush, it will cover easily.

When I walk down the streets, I want people to realise that I'm a happy person thats comfortable in my own skin and I really feel my best when wearing this foundation.

Have you tried the Clarins - Skin Illusion?

You are naturally pretty so definitely have nothing to worry about. I am comfortable in my own skin as well... Well, the majority of the time. When I get spots Im less confident but dont really like covering them up because it just looks obvious so most of the time I will leave my house with no make up on at all and not really care haha. x

Great foundation, still natural looking, you look great without anyway :)
Also, I know how you feel - I spend most nights avoiding internet shopping too!
